The platform provides SaaS tools to create and manage online stores, process orders, and manage sales channels and related integrations.
2. Account Eligibility and User Obligations
You are responsible for accurate account information, securing login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must use the platform lawfully and avoid misuse.
3. Merchant Content and Products
You are solely responsible for the content you publish, products you sell, product descriptions, pricing, legal compliance, and your store’s return, shipping, and tax policies. OrdersApps B.V. is not responsible for merchant content, legality of products, or accuracy of merchant-published information.
4. Fees and Payments
Service fees or commissions may apply based on your plan or the published pricing model. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time, and service features may be suspended for overdue balances.
5. Availability and Changes
We strive to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service when necessary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrdersApps B.V. is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit/data damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability, if any, is limited to amounts actually paid for the service in the period preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or for security/legal risks.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the competent courts in Amsterdam unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
